THE ROLE OF DEACONS AT UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS BAPTIST CHURCH

Deacons are servant-leaders who can be found in almost every age-group, bible study,
worship setting, and ministry of UHBC. They are called by God to lifelong service to Him and
His church, and in the process of that service, to lead, encourage, and provide personal spiritual
help to fellow Christians at UHBC.
